I was flicking through some of DA's Artistic Nudes for research for a Feminism class at TAFE, and it makes me really annoyed and insulted that most of the pictures there are stupid amateur people using DeviantArt as an EXCUSE, i repeat, an EXCUSE to post up porn legally.

Some of the pictures there are absolutely ridiculous. There was one person who had taken a crappy photo, in a mirror, with flash on, in the shower, of his penis. Another, a woman crouching, in stockings and high heels, a g-string, and no bra, TAKEN FROM UNDERNEATH HER.

THAT. IS. NOT. ART. That merely a stupid cop-out for some stupid dickhead to use this website, dedicated to artists, as an EXCUSE to post "legal" porn on the internet. THIS IS NOT A PORN SITE. If you post stupid shitty "nude" images on this website, all you are doing is -insulting- the REAL ARTISTS on here.

So, all you people who think you can use this freely as a porn site, FUCK OFF. Stop insulting art and artists alike and get a life!
